Ingredients
- 250 g of cheese
- 280 g light Philadelphia type cream cheese.
- 100 ml of milk.
- 4 sheets of neutral gelatin (or 10g 10g of powdered gelatin)
- 65 ml of lime juice (approximately the juice of 1 lime).
- 2 teaspoons of sucralose or sweetener as desired
Preparation
- In a saucepan over medium heat, beat the cheeses and half of the milk until there are no lumps.
- We add the strained lemon juice and the sweetener and integrate it.
- We hydrate the gelatin in cold water. When it is soft, we drain it and dissolve it in the rest of the milk (heated in the microwave).
- We add this milk and gelatin mixture to the saucepan, and integrate well.
